ESL TEACHER –

We’re looking for a passionate and engaging teacher to join our dynamic team and help students thrive in an immersive, English-speaking environment.
01What You Will Be Doing
As an ESL Teacher, you will a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and communication. You’ll guide students through their English learning journey using interactive lessons, creative teaching tools, and meaningful assessments.
02Your Responsibilities
Will Include
• Deliver engaging English lessons to students aged 6–15 years • Support student growth in listening, speaking, reading, and writing • and follow lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines • Mark and provide feedback on student work and assessments • Track student progress and maintain accurate records • Communicate with co-teachers as needed • Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives • Attend meetings, training sessions, and school events • Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and positive behavior management • Incorporate games, music, and multimedia tools to enhance student engagement

04Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (education, English, or related field preferred) • Native English speaker • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (or willingness to obtain) • Minimum 1 year teaching experience preferred (new teachers welcome) • Strong classroom management and communication skills • Flexible, responsible, and team-oriented • Able to commit to a 12-month teaching contract
05Desired Skills
• Experience teaching young learners or EFL students • Familiarity with project-based learning or discovery-style teaching • Ability to adapt lesson plans to student needs and interests • Comfortable integrating music, storytelling, or tech into lessons
06Schedule for
This Position
• Afternoon and evening weekday hours (approx. 12–25 teaching hours/week) • Opportunities for weekend classes or special camps
